What Featured Property Services Do Holiday Rents Abroad Offer And How Can I Set It Up?
Holiday Rents Abroad offers two Featured Property options as follows:
- Feature your rental property by Country or Region
- Feature your Property on the Home Page
Properties featured by Country or Region will be among the first properties to appear when that Country or Region is selected and will show randomly several times each day. They will also be among the first properties to appear in the Advanced Search and Late Availability sections of the website.
Property featured on the Home Page will appear randomly several times each day in one of seven specially designed featured boxes. These properties will be among the first to appear when the website is selected.
It will not be possible to feature a property on the Home Page only. A property must first be featured by Country or Region and then the Home Page option may be selected as an optional extra.
What are the Terms & Conditions for Featured Properties?
- Any order received to feature a property in a specific Country/Region and on the Holiday Rents Abroad Home Page will only be processed where there is a corresponding Property Advertisement live on the Holiday Rents Abroad website i.e. annual subscriptions have been paid or renewed and the main property advertisement is live on the website.
- Property that is featured in a specific Country/Region and on the Holiday Rents Abroad Home Page will be terminated if the main property advertisement period expires or is switched off for non payment of the renewal subscription. In such circumstances, Holiday Rents Abroad will make no refunds whether in full or part for any unused period of the featured property services selected.
- Properties that have been accepted and are featured in a specific Country/Region and on the Holiday Rents Abroad Home Page will operate randomly on a rotation basis at our discretion.
- Any order received to feature a property in a specific Country/Region and on the Holiday Rents abroad Home Page will only be processed and put live on the website after full payment has been received for the nominated duration i.e. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- In the unlikely event that a problem arises for whatever reason and we are unable to feature a particular property in a specific Country/Region and/or on the Home Page, Holiday Rents Abroad will undertake to refund payments in full where the advertisement has never featured due to ongoing problems or for any unused portion where the advertisement failed to operate during the paid period.
What are the Rates for Featured Properties?
Rates are available for both options and are based on the duration required to feature a property, e.g. 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. Rates relevant to each time period can be viewed by logging in to the owners property management area on www.holidayrentsabroad.com and clicking on the 'Feature This' link (only available to registered Owners & Agents that have rental properties currently live on the website).
How do I create an Order to Feature My Properties?
Login to your property management area on holidayrentsabroad.com and click on the 'Feature This' link which is located opposite each of your listed property advertisements (only available to registered Owners & Agents that have rental properties currently live on the website).
