Villa de Almerimar Golf is a fully secure luxury development less than 5 minutes drive to the main beaches and the Yacht Marina’s bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and fitness centre. It is right across the road from Almerimar's 27 hole championship Golf Course, designed by World renowned golfer, Gary Player. The complex has two full size outdoor swimming pools (open April to November), a kiddys pool, jacuzzi, paddle tennis court and kiddie swings all within an enclosed and fully secure sub tropical garden setting. The City of Almeria is situated along the South Eastern coastline of mainland Spain between Costa del Sol and Murcia. Almerimar is a beautiful Port, Golf and Beach resort located about 40 minutes down the motorway from the airport. The cities of Malaga, Granada and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountains are all within a two hour drive away. Almerimar is a very safe, family orientated, holiday destination. Apart from all the local facilities around the marina, there are numerous beaches with a modern well lit prominade, beach bars, cafe's, beach clubs and boat rides suitable for all the family to enjoy. In the nearby tourist resort of Roquetas De Mar, there is a water park, a magnificant 8 kms stretch of beach with a modern prominade, numerous fast food cafe's, tapas bars, restaurants, hotels, shops and, of course, night life for all the family to enjoy. Other places of interest include Almeria City with its bustling designer shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife all only 40 minutes away by car or taxi. No visit would be complete without a day trip for all the family to the world famous theme parks of the Tabernas, location of some of the most famous hollwood movies ever made including the series of Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns of the 1960's 'A Fistful of Dollars', 'The Good The Bad and the Ugly' and 'For A Few Dollars More'. Other notables to be filmed here included 'Laurance of Arabia' and 'The Magnificant Seven'. There are daily western shows and exhibits suitable for all the family to enjoy. All bank transfer charges remain the sole responsibility of the renter. All outstanding amounts due must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of €150 against damages will also be required and must accompany all final payments when they become due. Such deposits will be returned as soon as the final inspection has been completed and there were no damages. All deposits and final payments may be submitted by Electronic Funds Transfer to a nominated Bank in Spain and arranged through your local bank, by Bankers Draft or through the online PayPal and credit card transfer system. If using the PayPal system please add an additional 3% to all payments to cover fees and handling charges. |
