If a property owner or his agents attempt to enter unsuitable material into the online database or persistently misuses the on-line systems, holidayrentsabroad.com reserves the right to remove the associated property page from the website and retain the full payment. holidayrentsabroad.comreserves the right to refuse or remove any property page that is considered unsuitable or incomplete and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If property owners or their agents wish to have their property page removed from the website before the end of their subscription period holidayrentsabroad.com will arrange to have it removed once we receive formal notice in writing from the property owner by email or by using the 'contact us' page and quoting their owner ID. No refunds will be given.

Contactability

In the interest of maintaining a high level of service to holiday renters using the site, we require all property owners or their agents to quickly respond to enquiries by telephone or email. Should property owners or their agents be out of reach for an extended period i.e. greater than one week, we ask that you leave a voicemail message to that effect on your telephone line or set up an out of office response on your email account. If neither of these options are viable then we ask that property owners or their agents contact us so that we can temporarily suspend their property advertisement. We reserve the right to suspend advertisements where owners are unreachable for more than one week. In this instance we will send messages by telephone and email advising the property owner or their agents to contact us when they return to arrange re-activation of the advertisement.

holidayrentsabroad.com reserves the right to remove email addresses and links to external websites which do not conform to the guidelines provided or which holidayrentsabroad.com feel is not appropriate or acts against the interests of the company or its advertisers. The ultimate responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests solely with holidayrentsabroad.com. Should a property owner or his agents add a link or email address without consent or add a link or email address after its removal or remove reciprocated links from their website then holidayrentsabroad.comreserve the right to cancel their property advertisement without any refund.

Payment details:

When a new property is registered on the site, payment should be made on that same day. Credit/Laser Card payments may be processed online through Realex Payments, our online card payment provider. Should a property owner or his agents not wish to settle payment by Credit/Laser Card then payments can be made by Bank Transfer to;

Should a property owner or agent elect to use the Bank Transfer or Bank Draft method of payment then the property owner or agent MUST notify holidayrentsabroad.com at that a Bankers Draft has been sent or that a Bank Transfer has taken place. In the case of Bankers Draft, the email notification should include details about anticipated delivery time to our offices especially where it is likely that delivery will exceed 10 working days from the date of registration of a property. Beyond this timeframe www.holidayrentsabroad.com reserves the right to remove property advertisements where no notice has been sent and/or payments have not been received.

Refund policy

holidayrentsabroad.com offers a 'cooling off period' of seven working days from date of receipt of payment by us wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertisement by sending an email to The following details must be included: Owner ID/Telephone Number and Password. We will then supply a refund less a Euro 20 administration fee and confirmation by email.

Changes to pricing and conditions

holidayrentsabroad.com reserves the right to change our rates and conditions without notice. All revised rates will be applied immediately for new advertisers and at renewal date for existing advertisers. holidayrentsabroad.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of this web site or as to the service acquired pursuant to your use of this web site.
